ATU, Local 265 Administrative Office Staff are IRENE ROMERO, KATHERINE EVANS and CYNTHIA MARTINEZ.
The Union Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to Noon, and again at 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are Union Officers on duty.
The Membership Meetings will be held on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. at the Union Office located at, 1590 La Pradera Drive, in Campbell.
The basic dues (effective January 1, 2010) are $74.56 per month, taken out by a deduction from the first paycheck of each month. The initiation fee is $150, which is deducted in monthly installments. When voted by the membership, there are automatic assessments for all costs associated with arbitration. $5.00 for the general fund assessment. When there is a death of a Brother or a Sister member, the Union collects a death assessment of $5 (per deceased member) from each active member.
Monthly Union Dues include basic dues, initiation payments (if new hire), arbitration assessments, general fund assessment and death assessments, which are deducted in one (1) lump sum. Be sure to check with us if the International Union has not sent your Working Card and Membership Certificate within thirty (30) days.
