    A very big Thank You
    05/19/17 - IUEC Local 10
I just wanted to thank everyone that came out on May 17th to donate blood.  We had 42 sign up, 14 people did not show up, 6 were deferred, and we had numerous walk ins that made up for the ones that did not show.  We ended up with 28 pints of blood.  That is 12 more than we got in the Fall, but a very low number considering that we have 1150 plus members.
    Why We Strike
05/19/17 - Communications Workers of America Local 2336
Jeff Reamer, Allow me to clear something up since I've been living in a hotel away from my family since January 23rd and in bargaining with this greedy corporation fighting for a contract for all of you. The comments I'm seeing about losing 2 days pay, not being scheduled but having to picket, why am I obligated, etc. are making me sick to my stomach.
